Good Bye | Hello

上个星期二，也就是2010年08月31日
是我在Berjaya的最后一天
那一天的心情很不错
也许是因为自己即将解脱的关系
可是当时间越来越接近放工时间时
我的心涌起了万般不舍
用沉重的心情写了两封感谢的电邮
一封是给Berjaya个hotels & resorts所有的同事
一封是给Berjaya Singapore Sales Office所有的同事
虽然和大家共事的时间只有短短的半年
可是感觉上已经和大家共事很久了
时间一分一秒地过
我只有带着沉重的脚步，走上三楼 ~ accounts
和我们的大家长还有其他会计部的同事道别
再来就是我那个部门~sales
对于monster，我还是礼貌性的和她说声谢谢握手
至于其他的同事，就聊得比较多
还给了大家一个大大的拥抱
眼泪几度差点落下
然后就带着我的包包走到一楼~reservation
和大家聊了一会儿

（都是他们害的，本来我都没怎么样的~）
当我踏出Berjaya的门口时，
也意味着我在Berjaya的工作生涯也划上了休止符

昨天，也就是2010年09月06日
是我加入RWS ~ Resorts World Sentosa的第一天
原本以为只有十几二十个人的corporate induction aka orientation
竟然有140人出席
这当中包括了full timer, part timer还有interns
早上八点半到下午两点的session
还不赖，因为trainer Rohaizat真的是个很棒的trainer
把整个无聊的topic讲得生动有趣
好玩又好笑，不管大家又多么的累
也没有人打瞌睡

下午两点过后的safety & security topic
就很无聊了
可能演讲者不是专业的trainer
所以整个topic就很死气沉沉的
很多了都忍不住打起瞌睡了

今天是corporate induction的第二天
这一整天下来的session还不赖
trainer Michelle也是个很棒的trainer
完全就不输给男生哦
生动有趣活泼
下午最后一个challenge ~ the disaster
更是让大家又激动又紧张又疯狂又好玩
从活动当中让大家体会到teamwork、trust、communication等的重要性
最主要的是kampung spirit

明天就要正式到RWS了
心里还蛮期待的呢~

终于

终于 我递上了辞呈
从打算换工到朋友介绍工作
到面试到被confirm到签agreement
一切像是被安排好的
一切都过得很顺利

福利工资都比现在来的高
而且我又回到了我爱的餐饮业
（还是餐饮比较适合我）

递上辞呈的那一天
女魔头当然想尽办法要留我
可是一切都已经决定了
一切都已经来不及了

原本只需要给两个星期的通知
我却给足了一个月的通知
一方面是了解到如果我离开
另外一个经理又还没有回来的话
我的同事会很辛苦
所以我就留到月尾咯
顺便帮他们做完NATAS旅游展

8月31日是我在berjaya的最后一天
休息个几天
就要展开我新的工作旅程咯

期待~ing~

来不及了

为什么人总是要等到失去的时候
才知道什么叫珍惜呢
当初的你是怎么对待你的下属的呢
你身边其实已经有不少人对你明示过暗示过
可是你都没有听进耳里 没有看进眼里
等到你知道别人的心已经不再在这里的时候
你才开始改变
这一切会不会太迟了呢

在这几个月里
我听了多少关于你的事
我也亲眼看到了
亲身体验到了别人口中的你
你在这里的快要三年里
感觉上完全没有改变
一直以为自己是对的
一直以为只有自己在为公司付出
可是你到底知不知道
所有的人 所有的人都把你评的一文不值呢
你还一直活在自己的世界里
还一直用这你自己的方法在和别人相处

当你听闻我很快就要离开时
你的态度三百六十度的改变
之前你所坚持的一天30通telemarketing
你也不再坚持
还告诉我说尽我的能力就好
不要给自己太大的压力
当一个人已经决意离开的时候
不管你再怎么讨好
已经来不及了

想想看
自从你坐了这个位子之后
我这个位子的主人
已经换了多少个
你是不是应该检讨一下呢
对，虽然你的上司是你的好朋友
一次次的为你消灾解难
可是你不觉得这样的你很烂吗
你还有脸继续留在这里坐在这个位子上吗

来不及了
我已经决定离开了
其实我很想尽快离开这里
只是我又舍不得其他的同事
更不忍心让另外一位同事一人兼二职被你折磨
所以我决定留到等放产假的同事回来再离开
至少多一个人回来分担你的魔掌

我的去意已决
你不必再费心要怎么把我留下
来不及了
一切都已经来不及了

You never appreciate what people have done

You are workaholic
It doesn't mean that all of the colleagues should act like you
You are single
It doesn't mean that all of the colleagues are single
You like to stay back in the office
It doean't mean that all of the other colleagues like to stay back as you

We finish up all our job before 6pm
Why can't we leave the office at 6pm
Have you ever think of what time we start to work
And what time you really START to work

No one force you to stay back till 9 PM or 10 PM
If you think that you cannot finish your thing and want to stay back
Then what for you need to inform the whole world
That you stay till so late
You afraid no one knows that you are so HARDWORKING
You afraid your boss don't know that you are such a good staff
Or what you are trying to say

Don't you think you are just so ugly with your behaviour
You are trying to create conflict among ourselves
But you never know that all of us share office secrets
Except sharing with you
And we want to thank you
Thank you for make us to be so united
Thank you for make us helping each other at all time
But what have you gained
Won't you feel lonely
None of us bother to invite you for lunch
None of us will think of you no matter what things we buy
We can chit chat together but not with you
We can play along together but not with you
The office is just so happy and peaceful
Whenever you are not around

You are really such a loser
Don't you think so

Or you pretend don't know

Everyone know how 'Capable' you are
But no one want to tell you
Everytime you are stepping on your own feet
And we were just laugh behind you

You always said that you are high educated person

Is worst than a primary student
You can't even get clear on the basic thing
You don't even have the confidence to convince others
You even can ask a coordinator to check on your calculations

You are really the worst superior that i have ever met in my working life
Though it's not long

KK昨天结束了他的假期
回到了办公室
我们的日子又回到了过去那种沉闷

没想到平时一毛不拔的KK
竟然会买手信给我们
真的让我们吓了一大跳

KK送我的手信是Victoria Secret的shower gel



味道很清新
还不错哦

Inspection Trip to Berjaya Tioman Resort ~ Day 3

it was a tiring 2nd day for us
i slept like a pig on the comfortable big bed
woke up in the early morning
after wash up and brush up myself
i started to pack my luggage

then we went for our early breakfast at around 6.45am
we enjoyed the weather and the view
of course we enjoyed the food

after our breakfast
we walked towards Berjaya Golf Club
meeting up with the golf manager - Encik Ahmad
a nice and friendly guy

me and Rudy took 1 buggy
and Encik Ahmad took 1 buggy too
he drove in front of us
and we just followed

he brought us from 1st tee to the 18 tee

and introduce 1 by 1 to us
which is the most popular tee
which tee for the guy and which is for the lady, etc

this is the first time

that i get to know more about golf

after the golf trip
we went back to our room
get ready all out stuffs
and waiting at the lobby area
for airport pick up

due to we are VIP
we were stop boarding to shuttle coach
but Mr. Pravir - room division manager
drove us to airport

before check in at the airport

Mr. Pravir brought us to the tekek village
introduce the village to us
he brought us to the marine park as well
in fact, the marine life in marine park
just can't compare to Renggis Island
the fish in marine park is big
and a lot of ikan bilis
but Renggis Island fish are much more colorful

it's really time for us

to check in to the airport
it's only 10 minutes left to boarding

we

reached the only airport on Tioman

which built by Berjaya
and now authorized by government

yes, we were the last 2 persons to check in
but well, as a VIP
everyone knows us (made me so paiseh)
show our grateful of the warm hospitality
to Mr Pravir
we board to Berjaya Air
and on our way back to Singapore

this was the 1st time that i take Berjaya Air
it's not a bad experience
though it's small
it's only 35 minutes fly
from Tioman to Singapore

am enjoyed the view from the plane

and without knowing
we touched down on seletar airport

and here
came to the end
for our 3 Days 2 Nights
inspection trip at Berjaya Tioman Resort
it's a nice and fantastic yet tired trip

Apologized for my lateness!!!!I have been so lazy since don't know when
will try my best to keep my blog updated

Let's back to the title ~ my inspection trip
It's been full schedule
for my 2nd day in Berjaya Tioman Resort
woke up in the early morning around 6AM
get myself ready for all necessary things
and had some walk by the beach
while waiting for my colleague
to get himself done

get ourselves in trekking wear
(t-shirt, long pants and covered shoes)
and went for our breakfast at Sri Nelayan

am enjoyed the breakfast
with the nice morning scene
and of course friendly staffs

after breakfast
we went to recreational counter
located at main lobby
waiting for our jungle trekking trainer
to bring us went for our 1st activities of the day
daa daa ~
he is our jungle trekking trainer ~ Encik Yazri
a nice and friendly man

firstly, he introduced himself
and so did we
then he gave us some briefing on
what to take note during the trekking

and here we go~~~

at the very beginning of the trip
we saw a lot of rumput malu

then we saw the curry leaves, which is really fresh and nice

Encik Yazri showed us the natural survival kits in the jungle
this is the soap leave
where you only need to add a little bit of water on the leave
and start to rub it
after a while the bubbles appear
and you can use the bubble for shower
it can protect your skin from sensitive
a very useful survival kit in the jungle

everywhere can see this kind of green spider

this leaves can stop bleeding

we were entering the bushes

the little tiny worm...

the ivory (poisoness) leaves
be aware if you see this plant

the big ivory (poisoness) tree

after a tough walk
finally we reached our destination
the waterfall

the hardest part of trekking
was to climb up the rock road
with only rope to hold

a beautiful mushroom but it's very poisoness


finally we can see the blue blue sky again
it's raining heavily during our trekking
went back to our rooms and we had a short rest
then we went for our lunch @ Sri Nelayan Cafe

i was quite stone after the trekking

here come for the lunch of the day
the starter for today is the mushroom soup
i enjoyed it as it's not very creamy

then i had fish fillet as my main course
it's crispy and nice

after lunch, we walked to diving center
for our snorkeling trip
supposingly we were able to visit coral island
but due to the bad weather
we were only sent to Renggis island for snorkeling

Renggis island is the best snorkeling stop in Tioman
the marine life is really fantastic
saw a lot of colorful fish
but must be aware of sea urchin
it's drizzling at all time
but surprisingly the sea water is warm

after an hour of snorkeling
we went back to our rooms and had a hot shower
rest for a while
then we went for our dinner

while waiting for Rudy
i just simply took some pics by the beach
it's cloudy
and seems like going to have another rains



the food is nice
and the staffs are very friendly
not only to us
but to all guests

Mr.Pravir and Mr. Joe were joining us for the dinner
we talked a lot
share with each other difference experiences
the dinner was completed with the joyous

went back to our rooms
watched an episode of Flash Forward
through my laptop
and i fell asleep at around midnight
