Happy New Year 2010

New Year Eve, as usual
need to work and will be a busy working day as well

the day before...
i made some agar-agar..
for our New Year Party at my working place...

this time is much more better compare to my previous one
and the sweetness is just nice

12a.m., fireworks show at Marina Bay starts punctually
we are so lucky that no need to be in the crowd
but in our restaurant to see the 10 minutes fireworks show
it's nice but too bad my baby was not beside me
as he went back to JB

I make wishes during the fireworks play
and hope everything can be smooth
but in fact everything bad just started

I recieved my brother call when the fireworks finished
and the call really frighten me
he told me that his manager hit him
and the policeman was with him

never have the chance to join the party
but i need to rush from esplanade to west coast
the very first thing was that
the fireworks just finished...
a lot of people will leave
it's just so crowded

I walked around 15-20 minutes
just to get out to raffles city
then i walked from raffles city to General Hospital
then only i could get a taxi
boarding to the taxi and told the drive to get to west coast plaza asap

when i reached west coast plaza
i saw my brother and his chef and a policeman were there..
i asked my brother for the whole story
and i admit that my brother was wrong too
coz he shouldn't argue with the manager
but no matter how, why should the manager using violence?
the manager was using a pint beer opener to hit my brother
my brother left back head was swollen and blooding
his fingers and neck injured also

after the policemen left
the manager just like nothing happen
i really pissed off of that

what a great new year present for me and my family

the next day, both of my brother and the manager received warning letter
it's very unfair to my brother
even though he was wrong to and deserve the warning letter
but how come the one who hit other only get warning letter?!
what the F*** management

i already wrote a complaint email to the management
i really want to help my brother with this issue
if really nothing can do,
i will definitely take the legal action

i will definitely boycourt NEWYORK NEWYORK
and the rest of the restaurant of the group
e.g. THAI EXPRESS, XIN WANG HONG KONG CAFE
SHOKUDO CONCEPT, etc
