After talking for so long time
Finally i decided to attend WSET Intermediate to persue my wine cert
All thanks to Mr. Pau
Because he was the one who said wants to take the course in Singapore
Which influence me to take the course with him
The WSET Intermediate course that we attended
Is organized by Wine & Co Consultancy Company
Today is the first day that we attend the class
We were nervous as we don't know who we will meet in the class
Who will be our coursemates
Am so excited as it's been so long time i never really attend class
The feeling to be a student again
Was just so great!!!!
Surprisingly we did not fall asleep during the 8 hours class
But we didn't really listen to what the trainer said also :p
Before attend the class, we think that it should be quite difficult for us
However, after attend the class, we just felt that
Our oenology class already covered the content of WSET Advance
It looks like not really difficult to pass
Therefore both me and pau are aim to score pass with distinction for this paper :p
Hope that we are able to score
We tasted total of 3 flights, 16 types of wines
And we were so lucky that among the 3 flights of wine tasting
There will be one bottle of wine was out of condition for each flight
But it's really a good experience for us
As we had the chance to identified in what situatiaon the wine considered out of condition
Look forward for coming Saturday for our 2nd Day course :)
