This was the 2nd course of WSET Intermediate
Which means SGD 600 is gone
More contents to be taught for this class
More wines to be tasted for this class
Due to last class experience
We decided to have breakfast before we go for class
We had 'Lor Mee' for our breakfast, hehe :)
Then we got into a taxi and went for class at Ubi
It's not raining so the road traffic was so smooth
Which caused us to reach the learning center at 8.30am
(30 minutes earlier than class start)
We saw Ching - the trainer reached just in front of us.
Both of us doing nothing while Ching was busy preparing
Until the rest of the candidates reached
The class started at 9am sharp
Today course covered grape varieties and countries
4 flights with total of 20 wines tasted for the whole day
And as lucky as last time
We happened to taste few cork taint and oxidation wines during the tasting
Both me and pau were trying so hard
Not to fall asleep during the class
Especially after lunch
Hence, we kept munching (snacking) with the plain meiji biscuit
Until Ching also commented :' both of you keep snacking ya?!'
Nothing much to share with for this course
As it's really a full day course
Where we only finished at 5.30pm
One hour later than first day course
Coming Saturday, which is the 3rd as well as last class for this course
And it's also our exams day
I don't know how well i can score in this paper
But i will definitely do my best
As 3 days class costs me SGD 872
If i only get a pass, will be quite disappointed
So i must work hard on this :)
